Helpful Tips

Important note about retaining selected items in the shopping cart and favorites list

You are not required to create an account before viewing and purchasing photo items. This gives you the ability to view photos and purchase items as an unregistered user. However, if you do not create an account, items that you place in the shopping cart and/or your favorite photos will not be saved in the following scenarios:
    1. If you close your web browser and come back at a later time to see your selection.
    2. If the web browser is open for a few hours, your session may expire and no selection will be retained.
    3. If you attempt to view the selected photo items from a different computer.
We understand this may be an inconvenience, but many users prefer no registration of personal information before viewing and purchasing any photo items.

Shopping Cart location - When you're ready to check out, the shopping cart is located on the upper right hand corner with the cart icon.

Check out security - The online photo store is secured during your checkout process when credit card information is requested to complete the sale. Depending on how the online photo store is integrated with your viewing website, the secure icon which normally appears may be suppressed. However, be assured that your credit card information is always transmitted over a secure connection with a trusted digital certificate from DigiCert.

Favorites - The purpose of marking favorites is to down select your photos for purchase and viewing from hundreds of photos. To view only the favorites that you've selected, click on the "Show Favorites" option on the screen. You can then proceed to purchase photo prints and products by clicking on each of your favorite images

Purchase photo prints and products - You can purchase photo prints and products by clicking on either the thumbnail photo or the shopping cart icon located under each photo.

Send Favorites to Lab - This feature only appears when your photographer makes it available. Its purpose is to submit your selected favorite photos electronically for custom digital flush mount album for weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs and events.
